I’m a licensed cosmetologist who specializes in Color,Extensions,Lashes and Nails with 27 years of experience! I’m located in Springfield,Ohio at 2612 Elmore currently. I pride myself in excellent customer service and ensuring that each and every client is satisfied. -Clients have a 10 minute grace period should they be late before the appt is canceled. Service fees are non refundable. Should there be an issue I’m more than happy to work through them with you. Charge backs on already completed services WILL BE PROSECUTED! You will not steal from me and you will be banned. -Hair is provided for MOST braided styles, a note with desired color MUST be left when your appt is booked. I will no longer accept reschedules the day of your appt, you will be charged a $30 late cancellation fee.Due to recent activity all clients will require a deposit of $40 on services of $100 and up, that must be paid before the appt is set (no deposit no appointment). Deposit can be sent to $RosesRBlk via Cash-app,Glossgenius or paid in person. If you need an appt outside of my normal business hours (including Sundays) that can be arranged for an additional $60 fee. -Please come to your appt with your hair COMBED OUT AND DETANGLED! You WILL be charged a detangling fee as it is a service I provide. -If you have hair allergies you are responsible for bringing your own hair, your own shampoo and conditioner and your own product, refusal to do so may result in service cancellation. -If you have short and relaxed hair and do not disclose that at the time of booking you MAY be turned away. If you are tender headed you will need to disclose that before servicing as I am heavy handed and it may not be an enjoyable experience. -I do not accept changes in the chair as they cause me to go over the schedule allotted time for your appt. -All in home requests are meant for expectant mothers and those who have recently within the last 6 months given birth. This is not a complimentary service. An additional travel fee will be associated should you book this option and VERBAL confirmation must be given before securing an at home servicing.

Cancellation Policy

I will no longer accept reschedules the day of your appt, you will be charged a $30 late cancellation fee or 25% of the service fee. Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations will be 75% service charge
